Our holiday home is beautifully and quietly situated on the outskirts of Köstendorf, the second largest village in the municipality of St. Stefan im Gailtal, in the district of Hermagor. Our private house is right next door. 2 separate holiday apartments (65 and 75m²) for a total of 10 persons are available in the holiday house with a wonderful view over the Gailtal.

We offer

• 11 KW electric charging facility for electric cars
• and a heated room for your winter sports equipment.

Our private house garden is right next to the holiday home. The pavilion may be used free of charge by arrangement.

For relaxation you can also use the sun loungers in our garden free of charge.

A baker from our region delivers fresh bread, rolls and other baked goods in the morning. You can order these individually according to your wishes.

The kitchen is fully equipped:

• Fridge incl. small freezer
• Ceramic hob with extractor fan
• Dishwasher
• Microwave
• Coffee maker
• Kitchen accessories (cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, pots, pans, frying pan, dish towels, etc.)
• Hand vacuum cleaner

The bathroom

• is completely tiled
• wellness shower
• washing machine
• towels and bath towels

The toilette

• is separate
• and is located right next to the bathroom.

The living room

• offers space for 2-6 persons.
• The sofa can be converted into a sleeping place for 2 persons.
• A Flat-TV with satellite connection is also available.

In the bedroom

• there is a comfortable double bed for 2 persons
• and a wardrobe that offers enough space for your holiday clothes.
• Bed linen is of course included.

In the kids room

• are two single beds
• and a wardrobe
• Bed linen is also included
