Our apartments at a glance
Our vacation house is located in a beautiful and peaceful location on the outskirts of Köstendorf, the second largest town in the municipality of St. Stefan im Gailtal, in the Hermagor district of Carinthia. It is situated right next to our private residence. The vacation house offers two separate apartments (65 and 75m²) accommodating a total of 10 people, and it provides a wonderful view of the Gail Valley.

- Our apartments are all non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted on the balcony or terrace.
- Our private house garden is directly adjacent to the vacation house. You are welcome to use the pavilion free of charge, after prior arrangement.
- The minimum stay is 3 nights during the low season and 7 nights during the high season.
- The costs for electricity and heating are based on your actual consumption. At the end of your vacation, we will invoice the corresponding costs.
- After each departure, the apartments are thoroughly cleaned by us.
- You can easily calculate the vacation price with a few clicks using our online calculator.
